REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION
I. REGISTRATION - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registration must be paid prior to admission to the conference.
2. Registration is considered effective upon confirmation of payment by the conference secretariat and if not cancelled by 11 June 2010. If payment has not been made, you will be requested to pay in cash or by credit card or cheque upon arrival.
3. Cancellation has to be notified by signed letter before 11 June 2010 and sent by postal mail or fax to the conference secretariat. In case of cancellation before 11 June 2010 a refund will be paid less 50€ for administrative expenses.
4. No refund will be made after 11 June 2010.
5. If fee is not reimbursed due to late cancellation, a copy of the conference proceedings will be mailed.
